Pam is a native Californian and has lived in various areas of San Diego County for a cumultive of 25 years. She currently lives in Escondido in the North County with her husband and 2 sons, but is familiar with several communities spanning from El Cajon in the East to the many coastal communities of the West, to Fallbrook and Temecula in the North and several other communites in between.

Joanna was raised near Oxford, England during the 1960’s. She moved to the USA in 1979 with her husband where they worked together on their family farm in Kentucky. In 1989 they decided to move further west to the high plains of Colorado,where they started a ranch producing free range pork and beef.

In 2002 after selling their family business and, being lured by the wonderful climate and lifestyle they continued their move west to Southern California. Joanna now lives with her husband and 3 sons on a 10 acre property in Valley Center where they grow organic citrus and exotic flowers,with an endless view to the ocean. Being surrounded by such amazing properties and landscapes revealed a deep personal interest,and prompted her start in the real estate industry shortly after moving to North County San Diego, where she now specialises in residential real estate. Outside of her real estate career she loves to spend time with her family, as well as decorate, travel, read and practice yoga.
