Single Women Homebuyers – A Powerful Market Niche

Guys – the statistics are out and they speak for themselves; women out-purchase us in the real estate market two-to-one!  National data for the year ending last June reveals that single women accounted for 21% of all home purchases, to 10% of purchases for single men.
