St. Patrick’s Day Events in San Diego, CA

St Patrick’s Day also known as  St.Paddy’s Day became a Irish national holiday in 1903 celebrating Saint Patrick one of the patron saints of Ireland – it is generally celebrated on March 17th throughout several other countries including the USA, Britain,Canada and Australia.

Celebrations are usually themed around eating Irish food and drinking the traditional Irish beer and stout such as guinness, murphy’s or harp lager and by wearing green colored clothing. For information on St Patrick’s Day events in North County San Diego
